PennCrest Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Patton office. This CSR will perform a variety of banking functions, delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities include processing teller transactions, loan payments, and assisting customers with opening new accounts, while maintaining teller drawer accuracy and promoting bank products. Compliance with regulations and security standards is essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 0–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Process teller transactions, including deposits, cashing checks, and verifying endorsements and amounts.
• Process loan payments and assist customers with opening new accounts.
• Maintain and balance the teller drawer with currency, coin, and checks.
