PennCrest Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Nanty Glo office. The CSR will perform banking functions in line with Bank policies, including teller transactions, loan payments, and account openings.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accuracy, and educating customers on Bank products while complying with regulations. Equal opportunity employer statement is included in the description.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of introductory training and comprehension test.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Process teller transactions, deposits, cashing checks, and verify transaction accuracy.
• Process loan payments and assist customers with opening new accounts.
• Maintain and balance the teller drawer with currency, coin and checks.
