PennCrest Bank in Gallitzin is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our local office. The CSR will handle a variety of banking tasks, deliver friendly service, and help customers meet their financial needs with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include processing teller transactions, assisting with new accounts and loan payments, balancing the drawer, and promoting the bank’s products while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional interaction.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships.
• Process teller transactions, deposits, cashing checks, verify accuracy and endorsements.
• Process loan payments and assist customers with opening new accounts.
• Balance teller drawer with currency, coin, and checks to ensure accuracy.
• Educate customers on and promote the bank's products and services.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain confidentiality.
