The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to serve as a frontline ambassador of the bank, delivering accurate financial transactions and superb service.

You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and payments; identify cross-sell opportunities; ensure security and regulatory compliance; handle inquiries by phone and in person; participate in community events to boost visibility; and learn new systems to improve efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Handle cashier’s checks, money orders, certified checks,credit card payments, and cash advances.
• Balance cash drawer and ATM; maintain security of cash.
• Open and record night deposit bags; prepare currency orders.
• Greet lobby customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues.
