Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• HS diploma or GED required; BA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and professional etiquette.
• Ability to research and analyze customer issues.
• Knowledge of banking products, policies and services.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities
