• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Cross selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow banking center revenue by identifying customer needs and cross-selling products.
• Establish and retain high-value consumer and business client relationships.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts; educate customers on products and services.
• Provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and mentor colleagues as needed.
