• Open personal and business accounts using bank systems and adhere to policies.
• Participate in onboarding calls and outbound campaigns.
• Balance transactions daily and maintain cash levels.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Document conversations in CRM and send referrals to other departments.
• Perform related duties as required.
