Job summary

Penn community Bank is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented team member to support customers in a branch setting by processing transactions, opening accounts, and handling routine maintenance.

You will assist with complex inquiries, promote bank products, balance cash at day end, and document interactions in the CRM while maintaining a professional standard.

Branch operates six days a week with some Saturdays; the employer is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and complete required forms.
• Assist customers with account maintenance including address changes, ID updates, card ordering and check ordering.
• Coordinate with various areas to resolve customer requests and questions.
• Promote bank products and services including investments and residential lending.
• Open personal and business accounts in bank systems and adhere to policies.
• Participate in onboarding calls and outbound campaigns.
• Balance end-of-day transactions and maintain proper cash levels.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Document customer conversations in CRM and refer to other departments as needed.
• Perform related duties as required.
