Job summary

Penn Community Bank is seeking a customer-focused team member to process transactions, open personal and business accounts, and address customer inquiries. You will coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues, promote banking products, and support onboarding for new clients.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, banking experience, and strong attention to detail. The role requires reliable scheduling with Saturdays and a traditional branch environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently; complete required forms and perform account maintenance.
  • Open personal and business accounts using bank systems and adhere to policies.
  • Assist customers with complex service issues and coordinate with other departments for timely resolutions.
  • Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs, including investments and lending.
  • Conduct onboarding calls with new customers and participate in outbound campaigns.
  • Balance transactions at day end and maintain appropriate cash levels.
