Job summary

SouthState Bank seeks a Customer Care Representative to deliver superior service to external and internal customers, resolving inquiries across accounts, transfers, debit cards, and digital banking with accuracy and trust.

You will work a 10am–7pm CST schedule with rotating Saturdays, reside within 50 miles of Denton, TX, and complete required training to uphold our standards of service and security.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries with first-call resolution using active listening and probing skills.
• Respond to general inquiries about accounts, transfers, bill pay, and card services with accurate information.
• Provide support for digital banking, debit card issues, and Reg-E disputes as needed.
• Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals while maintaining security and privacy.
