Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Customer Care Center Customer Service Representative to join our full-time team. The role handles daily customer calls, promotes bank products, and builds relationships over the phone.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, friendly phone etiquette, and the ability to learn new programs. The schedule is Monday–Friday with some rotating Saturdays, and strong benefits await the selected candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have 8–12 months call center experience.
• Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Bilingual preferred.
• No banking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers over the phone.
• Promote banking products and services to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain knowledge of Sunflower Bank products and services.
• Participate in ongoing training on new products and procedures.
• Handle account maintenance tasks as requested by management.
