Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Plano, Texas, is seeking a full-time Customer Care Center CSR to join our energetic team. The role involves handling customer calls, promoting bank products and services, and building lasting relationships over the phone.

Ideal candidates will have 8–12 months of call center experience, excellent customer service and phone etiquette, and the ability to learn new programs. Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers via bank products and services
• Provide prompt quality service within SLA and designated authority levels
• Participate in ongoing training on new products, services and procedures
• Promote products and services that benefit the company and customers
• Handle customer service duties and make outbound calls as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers and branch network
• Understand and comply with company mission, policies, and standards of conduct
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services
• Perform account maintenance and special projects as requested
