Based near Winter Haven, FL, you will work 11am–8pm EST with rotating Saturdays, within 50 miles of the location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous inbound call center customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries on first contact using active listening.
• Provide inbound phone support with accurate information and empathy.
• Assist with digital banking support and Reg-E disputes as needed.
• Promote virtual branch solutions and meet quality targets.
