Qualifications

• Certifications/Knowledge: excellent customer service, professional conduct, flexible hours, receptiveness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries with active listening and probing skills.
• Answer inbound calls promptly with a personalized, positive experience.
• Handle account inquiries: balances, history, transfers, PIN resets, and debit card support.
• Provide digital banking help, MFA unlocks, and password tool assistance.
• Promote virtual branch solutions and meet quality/productivity targets.
• Authenticate customers and protect sensitive information on every call.
• Use multiple systems to review customer data and resolve issues.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor and inform customers of service changes.
