Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a friendly Customer Care Representative to deliver superior service to external and internal customers. The role focuses on resolving inquiries, building rapport, and guiding customers through banking products and digital services from a busy call center.

Hours are 11am–8pm EST with rotational Saturdays; must reside within 50 miles of Winter Haven, FL. Applicants should have prior call center or customer service experience and be comfortable navigating multiple banking

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries with first call resolution.
• Provide inbound phone support with personalized customer experience.
• Assist with digital banking support and account services.
• Promote virtual branch solutions to customers.
• Maintain security of customer information on every call.
• Meet quality and productivity goals set by management.
