Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills.
• Creative problem solver.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in the banking and credit card industries.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence and be near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
• Servicing Debit/Credit Card and Fraud calls; manage accounts and related transactions.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriate notation of accounts.
• Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in the call tracking database.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
• Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
