Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills in verbal and written format.
Exceptional listening and relationship-building skills.
Creative problem solver with ability to handle multiple tasks.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
Preferred banking/credit card industry experience.
Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; build rapport and clarify requirements.
Handle Debit/Credit Card and Fraud-related calls with accuracy.
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
Prepare complete and accurate work notes in the call system.
Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking database.
Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
Deliver service that meets contractual KPIs and provide excellent customer experiences.
