Job summary

Penn Community Bank seeks a customer service focused team member to process transactions and open accounts at our Kentucky location. You will handle routine banking tasks, maintain accuracy, and provide friendly service to customers.

Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, promoting banking products, and coordinating with other teams to resolve requests while adhering to bank policies and quality standards. Two Saturdays per month required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open personal and business accounts.
• Assist customers with account maintenance and requests.
• Promote bank products and services including investments and residential lending.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Document customer conversations in CRM and referrals.
• Balance transactions at end of day.
• Work at least two Saturdays per month.
• Participate in onboarding calls and outbound campaigns.
