Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of in-house training program or on-the-job training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Experience in sales preferred and a friendly, courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to meet customers and prospective customers’ banking needs.
• Support existing customer relationships and maintain class-leading customer service relations.
• Provide account guidance including suggestions and other necessary information.
• Provide customers with account information and updates; answer policy questions accurately.
• Ensure all accounts are opened in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all banking products and services; actively sell based on needs-based approach.
• Resolve customer complaints with tact and professionalism.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts such as IRAs and CDs.
• May assist with ordering job-related supplies and other duties as necessary.
