The CSR will identify referral opportunities, balance cashDRAWER, maintain confidentiality, and provide outstanding service while supporting the bank's sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security procedures and audit requirements.
• Ability to identify referral opportunities and refer to appropriate lines of business.

• Personally models the bank's mission, vision and pledge.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Maintains cash drawer balance and cash handling procedures.
• Complies with security and audit procedures.
• Keeps employee and customer information confidential.
• Answers incoming calls and supports Banking Center needs.
• Meets referral goals and follows up on referrals.
• Determines appropriate line of business for referral opportunities.
• Completes outbound calls to support sales and service.
