• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Balances cash drawer and follows proper cash handling procedures.
• Complies with security and audit procedures.
• Keeps employee and customer information confidential.
• Responds to customer needs by answering calls and supporting the Banking Center.
• Meets referral goals and identifies opportunities for referrals.
• Determines appropriate staff or lines of business for referrals and follows up.
• Makes outbound calls to support sales and service objectives.
• Develops knowledge of bank products and services.
