Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a Regular full-time teller in the Alpharetta area to deliver timely client transactions and superior service. You will identify clients' financial needs while maintaining accurate records and assisting with outbound calls and IRM-related activities.

Responsibilities include educating clients on digital banking, supporting the sales process, and upholding internal controls and policies.

Qualifications

• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, supporting branch needs.
