Job summary

Truist in New York is seeking a Regular Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely client transactions and accurate records. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and assist Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities include handling complex and standard transactions, maintaining compliance, and collaborating with branch teams to meet client needs. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging with clients during transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions including ATMs and online banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand and integrate Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) into service delivery.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies; stay updated on guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
