Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient PC keyboarding and branch software.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinct client experience through courteous, accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor solutions.
• Contribute to branch leadership routines and training participation.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
