Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate in the Atlanta area to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will handle transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support sales and outbound outreach while aligning with IRM practices.

Role requires strong communication, PC skills, and the ability to multitask, including weekend or extended hours and occasional travel. Training and benefits are provided as part of the Retail Community Bank team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience and handle both complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Assist with outbound calling and client outreach, identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
