The role includes guiding clients through digital banking options, supporting outbound outreach, and referring customers to branch specialists. Candidates should have strong communication skills, prior teller or client service experience, and be able to multi-task in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work weekends/extended hours.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions while identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and referring clients to branch team members or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and comply with policies.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
