Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred; 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume cash transactions with accuracy and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs and connect them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers, balance efficiency with hospitality, and support a high‑volume operation.
