Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitable, knowledgeable service and help clients achieve financial goals. You will greet clients, open accounts, and educate them on digital banking tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking, leveraging Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with branch colleagues.
Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices in compliance with bank policies.
