Job summary

Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to represent our brand and deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming branch setting. You will greet clients, learn and explain banking solutions, and help them achieve their financial goals using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, support account servicing, and collaborate with team members to exceed client expectations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby flow with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening, thoughtful questions, empathy, and sharing product knowledge while partnering with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices and maintaining compliance with bank policies.
