PNC's Fort Payne, AL location is seeking a Client Experience Associate to deliver a customer-centric banking experience and educate customers on financial options. You will engage customers, identify opportunities, and refer to branch staff to grow wallet share while maintaining strong service standards.

This in-office role emphasizes consultative conversations, utilization of digital tools, and adherence to policies to ensure accurate, efficient branch operations and a positive customer journey.

Competenze

• Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma or GED, however may require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically <1 year of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s) and experience (including military service) may be considered.
