Job summary

PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate for the Retail Banking organization, based in Brentwood Whitehall, PA, supporting multiple branches in the South Allegheny region. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting PNC products during daily interactions.

You will educate customers on digital tools, identify banking opportunities, and guide them through transactions while adhering to policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• No degree required; related experience may be considered.
• Strong customer service and banking knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and risk policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on alternatives.
