Job summary

PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate in Florence, AL to support multiple local branches. You will deliver a personalized customer experience, educate customers on banking options, and identify opportunities to help them reach their financial goals.

Based in-office, you will collaborate with branch teams to drive loyalty, process transactions accurately, and apply proactive sales techniques while upholding PNC’s customer-first standards across the region.

Qualifications

• No university degree required; related experience may be considered.
• Typically less than 1 year of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer’s problems.
• Adheres to policies and ensures branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process.
• Supports customer loyalty and growth of wallet share.
