• Educates customers on alternatives and leverages technology to facilitate transactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet needs.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
• Contributes to growing customer share of wallet through differentiated service and customer-centric approach.
