Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Excellent client experience, both in-person and by phone.
• Strong communication skills to tailor product benefits to diverse needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Comply with risk and regulatory requirements and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED; foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; licensing via JPM licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first, delivering attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Proactively meet with assigned clients to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and earn trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
