Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Crowley, LA, seeks a Banking Center Supervisor to oversee tellers, ensure accuracy, and provide training. You will manage daily transactional processing and help meet center goals.

You will enforce procedures, monitor compliance, risk controls, and guide staff in delivering excellent client experiences while cross-selling bank products. This role requires a high school diploma or GED with preference for a Bachelor's and 2–5 years of related experience; Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs to ensure cash is managed, balanced, and secured within policy.
• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, with sound judgment for approvals and overrides to safeguard against fraud and errors.
• Lead the Operational Performance of the banking center through control of key risk areas, audits, and compliance.
• Drive client experience by delivering excellent service and resolving client issues.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen client relationships.
• Manage scheduling and supervision of the transactional processing staff; coach and develop the team.
