Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Banking Center Supervisor to lead tellers and support staff onsite in Harahan, LA. You will supervise cash operations, ensure accuracy in processing transactions, and enforce compliance with bank policies.

The role emphasizes customer service, risk management, and cross-selling to strengthen client relationships. You will train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate scheduling while maintaining secure operations and achieving branch goals in a retail banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience or equivalent education/experience mix.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs to ensure center cash is managed, balanced, and secured within policy.
• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently with sound judgment for fraud prevention.
• Communicate policy and compliance updates to the team.
• Manage access controls and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets.
• Lead client experience by delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Schedule associates and supervise the transactional processing team; coach and evaluate performance.

Education
