Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs, ensuring balances and security per policy.
• Process client transactions accurately with sound judgment and appropriate approvals to prevent fraud.
• Communicate updates and policy changes to the team; ensure compliance with procedures and alerts.
• Manage access controls, dual control, and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets.
• Lead client experience initiatives and drive efficient transactional processing to minimize wait times.
