Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a customer-focused Teller to join our banking team in North Carolina. The role combines teller duties with platform support to deliver quick, accurate service and help clients manage deposits and accounts.

You will identify client needs, open new accounts, assist with loan applications, and participate in outbound outreach. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of teller experience are preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of Teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality customer service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new deposit accounts including savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, including during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications for personal/retail needs and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
