Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
• Ability to meet regulatory requirements and training standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead banking center team to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
• Develop and coach sales processes; build client relationships and partnerships.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve issues.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing retail banking center team.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, internal controls and ethics.
• Drive operational excellence and manage expenses for the center.
• Provide regular coaching and performance evaluations to staff.
