• Leadership & Team Management: Coach, develop, and motivate staff; oversee hiring, training, performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Strategic & Community Engagement: Model company culture, promote associate engagement, and represent the organization professionally within the local community.
• Sales & Business Development: Implement advice-driven sales processes, coach sales activities, build key client relationships, and collaborate with partners to grow market presence.
• Client Experience: Deliver consistent, high-quality service and promptly resolve client issues.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls; implement risk mitigation practices; oversee associate training on compliance.
• Operational Efficiency: Lead operational excellence, monitor metrics, control expenses, and partner with operations teams for continuous improvement.
