Role Overview: This position involves providing strategic leadership, team management, and business development within a banking environment.

• Leadership & Culture: Coach, lead, and manage the banking team to execute initiatives effectively, promote a positive work culture, and represent the organization professionally in the community.
• Sales & Business Growth: Implement and coach advice-driven sales processes, build key client relationships, and proactively seek new business through networking and local activities.
• Client Experience: Ensure exceptional client service and timely resolution of issues.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members; conduct performance evaluations and foster teamwork and inclusivity.
• Compliance & Risk: Collaborate to ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls; implement risk mitigation practices.
• Operations: Oversee operational efficiency, monitor metrics, control expenses, and partner with operational teams to address concerns.
