Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Banking Center Supervisor to oversee operations, sales, profitability, and regulatory compliance while delivering quality customer service.

You will coach and manage the team to execute strategic initiatives, drive client relationships and proactive outreach, and promptly resolve client issues. The role includes recruiting, training, and supervising staff, ensuring adherence to policies and risk controls.
