Job summary

MidFirst Bank seeks a Banking Center Manager to oversee daily banking center operations and lead a sales-focused team. You will drive new business development while retaining and expanding customer relationships.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring audit/compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong Notary status or willingness to obtain is required, with weekend/extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years of retail banking leadership experience.
• Proven supervisory and conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and referrals.
• Must be Notary or willing to become one.
• Availability to work weekends and extended hours.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to help identify financial products and services.
• Generate sales leads and referrals through community outreach and on-site visits.
• Supervisory duties including coaching, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Assist customers with concerns or questions regarding accounts.
• Represent the bank in a positive, courteous, and professional manner.
• Foster an engaged team through effective coaching on behavior, sales techniques, and compliance.
