MidFirst Bank is hiring an Assistant Banking Center Manager in Houston, TX. You will assist the Banking Center Manager with daily operations and lead a team of sales and service professionals to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include processing loan applications, opening new accounts, building client relationships, generating community sales leads, coaching staff, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding security during opening/closing procedures.

Formación

• Minimum of three years successful sales experience in a relational selling environment; prior banking experience preferred.
• Supervisory abilities including leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to participate in sales programs and meet sales/referral targets.
• Availability to work weekends and extended hours.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational functions of the banking center and provide staff support.
• Process loan applications and customer transactions, open new accounts, and sell banking products.
• Build and maintain client relationships to uncover needs with financial products.
• Generate sales leads through community outreach and develop business partners.
• Assist clients with account questions, explain charges and features, resolve issues.
• Foster team engagement through coaching and modeling desired behaviors.
• Ensure audit/compliance procedures and high levels of customer service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance training for sales and service roles.
• Enforce security procedures for opening/closing the center.
• Represent the bank professionally in all interactions.
