Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify financial products and services.
• Generate sales leads and referrals through community outreach and on-site visits.
• Supervise coaching, scheduling, training, approvals, and performance evaluations.
• Assist customers with account questions and ensure high levels of service and compliance.
