Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Personal Banker Associate who will operate as both a Teller and Personal Banker. You will process a variety of customer transactions, promote banking products, and deepen customer relationships while achieving sales goals.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and the ability to work with a team in a banking center environment, including weekend hours and potential Notary duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment.
• Minimum 6 months of cash handling or point of sale experience in a retail/sales environment or banking.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in a retail banking center/branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting goals and supporting banking center staff.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to identify financial products and services.
• Promote financial products and services to meet customer needs.
• Open deposit accounts and take loan applications; process consumer loan/credit requests.
• Process customer transactions accurately in a fast-paced setting with proper controls.
• Generate new business and expand relationships through networking and on-site visits.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with positive solutions.
• Support other employees as needed.
