Qualifications

• Minimum of three years successful sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment; banking experience preferred.
• Supervisory abilities including leadership, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Must have a Notary or be willing to become one at the Bank's expense.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions of the banking center and support staff.
• Process loan applications and customer transactions; open new accounts and sell banking products.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to uncover needs and sell financial products.
• Generate sales leads through community outreach and develop business partners.
• Address customer inquiries to create positive solutions and ensure customer service excellence.
• Adhere to audit/compliance procedures and complete training for sales/service responsibilities.
• Ensure security procedures are followed during opening and closing operations.
• Supervisory duties include coaching, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
