Academy Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager II to lead a high‑performing branch and ensure profitability through sales, client experience, and operations excellence.

You will supervise a team, coach for performance, and drive results while upholding regulatory and company policies, including security and risk controls. The role requires strong communication and the ability to travel within the local area as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of business development and sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math and counting skills
• High emotional intelligence with ability to motivate and coach
• Must multi-task and participate in on‑the‑job training
• Proficiency with Windows/MS Office and email

Aufgaben

• Supervise banking center staff, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, and evaluating performance
• Deliver a fast, easy, and personal client experience
• Manage sales against budgeted goals (daily to annual)
• Market bank products to target clients and communities
• Provide CRA community education outreach as directed
• Educate clients and associates on digital banking platforms and self‑service channels
• Ensure adherence to policies, security procedures, and audits
