Busey Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager II to lead a high-volume banking center, driving sales, service, and operations excellence. You will mentor staff, manage performance, and cultivate relationships with business and individual customers.

Your role emphasizes needs-based selling, coaching, and collaboration with market leaders to achieve growth while maintaining risk controls and regulatory compliance. A strong background in retail banking is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking or management experience in progressively responsible roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• NMLS registration may be required for lending roles; active registration must be maintained.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead banking center sales and service performance to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Supervise and coach banking center associates; provide development and corrective counseling.
• Model Service Excellence and coach teams to uphold service standards.
• Attract new business clients and build partnerships with local businesses.
• Collaborate with Line of Business leaders to deepen customer relationships.
• Oversee daily operations, audits, cash handling, and compliance.
