Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager II to lead a larger banking center with responsibility for sales, service and operations, driving needs-based selling and customer relationships. You will supervise and coach staff, set staffing plans, and ensure compliance while partnering with market leaders to meet quarterly goals and deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking or management experience in progressively responsible roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must maintain active NMLS registration under SAFE Act if lending; be able to obtain/maintain registration upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of sales, service, and operations in the banking center.
• Mentor, coach, and develop banking center staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Attract new business clients through networking and partnerships within the community.
• Coordinate staffing plans and supervise associates to ensure Service Excellence.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
